What this means, is that to keep our delivery promise to you seamless (you order online, we deliver to your door), you MAY have to incur additional duty costs before delivery

Order Processing: Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.

Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the shipping date.

Fulfillment Hours: Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM GMT.

Delivery Flexibility: DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) allows you to make changes to your delivery while it’s in transit. Schedule delivery for another day. Remove the signature requirement.
